MØDE operates as a multi-part ecosystem including:

• 1House referral/partner content — MØDE is an independent affiliate partner of 1House and does not own or operate the 1House platform
• MØDE Trading content and mentorship — educational and process-focused content related to Mo Niang’s personal trading journey
• MØDE Performance (coming soon) — basketball training services
• MØDE Marketplace — two e-commerce stores: Senegal Marketplace (authentic Senegalese products, sourced directly from Senegal) and MØDE Collectives (authentic sneakers, streetwear, and soccer jerseys, coming soon)

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase services, subscribe to mentorship, or make purchases on this site.

3. NO FINANCIAL ADVICE

Nothing on this site, including MØDE Trading content and mentorship, constitutes personalized financial, investment, or trading advice. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.

4. NO GUARANTEED RESULTS

MØDE does not guarantee any specific income, profit, business outcome, or level of success from mentorship, 1House participation, or any other service. Individual results vary based on effort, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

5. MENTORSHIP PROGRAM TERMS

• Trading Mentorship is billed monthly and can be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle
• The one-time onboarding fee is non-refundable
• Mentorship access may be revoked for abusive behavior, sharing of private group content, or violation of these terms
• Refund policy specifics for the mentorship program are still being finalized and will be added here once decided.

6. 1HOUSE REFERRAL DISCLOSURE

MØDE is an independent partner of 1House and may receive compensation when you subscribe to 1House through our referral link. MØDE does not control 1House’s content, pricing, features, or availability, which may change at any time.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site—including the MØDE name, logo, brand assets, and original written/video content—is the property of Enter Mode Holdings LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enter Mode Holdings LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or any service offered through it.
